If after you register your plans change and you cannot attend, you have two options:
1. Send a substitute – make sure your organization does not miss out on the valuable experience you had planned. You may substitute a colleague at any time with no charge or penalty; but please notify Julie Crowgey at email@example.com or call at 517-884-1407 to ensure the change is made.
2. Ask for a refund – you may cancel your registration and get a refund without penalty if you let us know of your change in plans no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, August 5. Participants who cancel after will be subject to a $30.00 cancellation service charge. Please put your request in writing via email to Julie Crowgey at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at 517-884-1407.
Please note: Those who register and simply do not attend will be liable for the entire fee. Non-paid no-shows registered will be billed. Paid registrants who do not show and do not call will not be eligible for a refund.
